Yes, we use skin-friendly natural and vegetable dyes that are safe, eco-friendly and suitable for daily use.

Yes. Our fabrics are made with natural dyes and soft cotton, which makes them comfortable and suitable for sensitive skin.

Delivery usually takes 4–7 working days in India depending on your location.


9. How can I track my order?

 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.


10. What is your return or exchange policy?

 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will help resolve the issue.



11. Are the colors exactly the same as shown online?

Since our products are handmade and naturally dyed, slight variations in color or print may occur. This is part of the beauty of handcrafted products.

 


12. Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?

 

Yes, we accept bulk, wedding, and corporate gifting orders. Please contact us for special pricing.



13. Can your products be used for gifting?

 

Yes. Our handcrafted home furnishing products are perfect for weddings, housewarmings, festivals, and corporate gifts.



14. How should I wash handblock printed products?

We recommend:

  • Gentle hand wash or mild machine wash
  • Use mild detergent
  • Avoid strong chemicals or bleach
  • Dry in shade


 

15. Where are your products made?

 

All products are proudly made in Jaipur, India, by skilled artisans preserving traditional handblock printing art.

16. Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products delivered to you. We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or not liking the product. Sizes or Style Exchange Option Available with 199₹ Retrun Shipping Fees.


17. What is the return request time?

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged or wrong product.


18. How can I request a return or exchange?

You can contact us through WhatsApp or Email with your order number and product images. Our support team will assist you with the process.


19. Do you offer product exchange?

Yes, we offer exchange for damaged or incorrect items. The replacement product will be shipped after verification.

20. Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are provided only if the replacement product is not available. The refund will be processed to the original payment method in only wrong defective Items Receive Case. In other Cases we provide Store Credit Only for lifetime Validity.

21. How long does the refund take?

Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days.


22. Are there products that cannot be returned?

Yes. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Used or washed products

• Products damaged after delivery

• Customized or bulk orders

• Minor color variations due to handblock printing


23.Why might colors vary slightly from the website images?

Our products are handblock printed and naturally dyed, so slight color or print variations are normal and part of the handmade process.


24. Who will pay the return shipping cost?

If the return is due to damaged or incorrect product, we will arrange the return shipping. Otherwise, shipping costs aprox 199₹ may apply.

25. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us immediately within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly
