All our products are handcrafted using traditional handblock printing techniques. Due to the handmade nature of the process, slight variations in color, print alignment, or design may occur. These variations are natural and not considered defects.
Pricing
All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. The Handblock Jaipur reserves the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice.
Order Acceptance
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. The Handblock Jaipur reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Shipping
We offer free shipping across India. International shipping is available and delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
For international orders, import duties, taxes, or customs charges may apply, which must be paid by the customer in their respective country.
Return, Refund & Exchange
We do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or not liking the product.
- Style or size exchange is available with a ₹199 return shipping charge payable by the customer.
- Our team will arrange the return pickup and dispatch the exchanged product after verification.
- International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds are only provided in case of wrong, defective, or missing items. Approved refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account.
For all other cases, the amount will be issued as store credit valid for lifetime, which can be used for future purchases.
